Start with the table, not just the headcount
A small group at a long table can be harder to capture than a larger group sitting close to the screen. Measure the distance to the furthest seat, table width and the position of the display. Glass walls and reverberation also affect the design.

Choose the platform deliberately
Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms require the correct account, licence and configuration. The touch controller follows the selected room environment. A USB-C laptop connection is a separate workflow; it does not turn the controller into a tablet running two native room applications.
Plan audio and installation
Before ordering, confirm microphone compatibility, cable routes, display inputs, power and network access. Extra microphones can improve pickup but do not eliminate poor room acoustics. Use the exact kit code when confirming included accessories.
