Improve the view
For long tables or several seating areas, consider PTZ cameras or a multi-camera system. Compatible MTower configurations provide additional table perspectives. Confirm firmware, supported room mode and clear sightlines.
Extend audio coverage
Table microphones, ceiling arrays and distributed speakers solve different problems. Check acoustic conditions, mounting heights, power budgets, network protocols and processing. CS10 and CS10-D, or Pro and earlier microphone generations, are not interchangeable by name alone.
Control and presentation
A scheduling panel at the door serves a different purpose from a meeting controller on the table. Wireless screen sharing also differs from wireless camera and microphone access. Design and test each workflow separately.
Verify the complete configuration
Use the exact equipment list, ordering codes, firmware versions and licences. Plan cable lengths and power before installation, then test all seats, remote audio, content sharing and guest workflows.
